Stand mixer or hand mixer with beater attachment.
Ingredients

cup
heavy whipping cream
(240g)

Tbsp
powdered (icing) sugar
½
tsp
ground cardamom
Instructions
Whip your cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar and cardamom and beat to medium-firm peaks. Serve.
Notes
This will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, you may need to re-whip if it deflates.
